Susan Blackson

Susan Blackson has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to strategic accounts, category management, strategic sourcing, purchasing, business development, and technical management. Susan'smost recent position is Director of Strategic Accounts at PureCycle Technologies, where they started in November 2021. Prior to that, they spent five years at Amcor Rigid Plastics as a Senior Category Manager. Susan also worked at Corning Incorporated for nine years as a Strategic Sourcing Manager for the Americas, Resins, and Waste. Before joining Corning, they were a Purchasing Manager at Collins & Aikman. Susan has also held positions at Diaz Technologies, NOVA Chemicals, and ARCO Chemical, where they gained experience in business development and technical management.

Susan Blackson earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a specialty in Composites from Lehigh University, which they attended from 1978 to 1982. Susan then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Composite Structures and Analysis from San Jose State University, completing their studies in 1990.
