Anindya Mandal

Anindya Mandal has over 15 years of experience in various HR leadership roles. Anindya is currently the Director of Human Resources at Pure Health, where they oversee the HR function for Sheikh Khalifa Hospitals and other healthcare facilities. Prior to this, Anindya served as the Vice President of Human Resources at NMC Healthcare, where they led the HR function during a critical time for the organization. Anindya also worked as the Director of Performance and Rewards at DAMAC Properties and as the Director of Corporate HR and Compensation at Alghanim Industries. Anindya has experience in driving reward strategies, establishing performance-driven cultures, and leading HR business partner roles. Anindya started their career at Capgemini as an HR Business Partner and later worked at ING Life Insurance as a Manager of Human Resources.

Anindya Mandal completed a Master of Arts degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PMIR) at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Commerce from St. Xavier's College from 1999 to 2002. Anindya also completed their 10+2 education specializing in Accountancy at St. James' School (Kolkata) from 1997 to 1999. Anindya also has an additional certification in Job Evaluation and Total Rewards from The George Washington University.
