Muhammad Arsalan

Muhammad Arsalan currently serves as IT Support NOC & IT Enterprise Operation at PureHealth, where responsibilities include managing daily IT support operations and representing the team to stakeholders for continuous service desk improvement. Previously, at Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited, Muhammad held the position of Network Support Engineer, involving Level 2 fault localization and troubleshooting across various access technologies and vendors. Earlier roles included monitoring bandwidth utilization and handling equipment configuration as an intern at the same company, as well as a summer internship at DG Khan Cement Company Limited. Muhammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad and a certification in Cyber Security from Corvit System.
