Gemma Mayne

Gemma Mayne has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2007. Gemma began their career as a Recruitment Administrator at SSE plc before taking on the role of Recruitment Assistant at Barnardo's in 2009. In 2010, they joined Scottish Water as a People & Organisational Development Consultant. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Berendsen, initially as HR Officer, then as HR Manager, and finally as Group HR Business Partner. In 2017, they took on a HR Business Partner role at Anthemis Group, and in 2018 they were a People Business Partner at The Faraday Grid. Since 2019, they have been HR Director at pureLiFi Ltd.

Gemma Mayne attended the University of Stirling from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management. In 2016 and 2017, they attended ICS Learn and earned a CIPD Level 7 in HR.
