Ajay Gopalakrishnan

Ajay Gopalakrishnan is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Plum since December 2024, Ajay previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Foxtale, where responsibilities included building the People Function and driving HR portfolios. With a background in HR transformation, change management, and project management gained during tenure as a Country Project Manager at L'Oréal, Ajay has successfully led HR initiatives at organizations such as Plum Goodness, TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks Pvt. Ltd., JSW, Shell, and Colt Technology Services. Ajay holds a PGDM/MBA in Human Resources Management from FLAME University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance.
