James Mason

James Mason is an experienced professional in customer success and production management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at PureRed since 2010. Mason has held various roles at PureRed, including Customer Success Manager, Director of Client Services, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Account Executive, Lead Production Artist, and Production Artist. Prior to joining PureRed, Mason interned as a Print Production Specialist at Allegheny County in 2008-2009. Mason holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes, having studied from 2006 to 2009.
