Vanessa Scholla

Vanessa Scholla is the Senior Account Director at PureSpectrum in Australia. Vanessa has over fifteen years of experience in account management and customer success.

Vanessa started their career at Focke & Co, a leading manufacturer of packaging machinery, where they were responsible for managing the machinery portfolio for China National Tobacco Corporation, Taiwan Tobacco & Liquor Corporation and Thailand Tobacco Monopoly. Vanessa was also in charge of delivering solutions based on customer needs, deadlines and budgets.

In 2015, Vanessa joined Pureprofile as the Customer Success Director. Pureprofile is a research and data technology company that connects businesses with empowered consumers across the world. In this role, Vanessa was responsible for overseeing customer success operations and ensuring customer retention and growth.

Vanessa has been with PureSpectrum since August 2021 and has been instrumental in growing the company's presence in Australia. Vanessa is a strong advocate for customer success and works tirelessly to ensure that all of their clients are satisfied.

Vanessa Scholla's educational career includes a Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, and Industrial Management from PFH Goettingen as well as a High School diploma in Economics from Fachgymasium Nienburg.
