Pam Delucchi

Pam Delucchi has over 35 years of work experience in operations, program management, and consulting. Pam began their career in 1986 as the Director of Manufacturing at Clontech Laboratories Inc., a division of Takara Inc. In 2000, they moved to BD as the Director of Program Management, with management responsibility for Technical Manufacturing, Product Transfer, and Project Management departments. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Vice President of Operations and Quality at Panomics, where they had management responsibility for Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving. In 2008, they moved to Affymetrix as the Vice President of Operations and Quality, with management responsibility for Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving for Panomics product lines. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Vice President of Operations - California at DVS Sciences Inc., with management responsibility for Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving for Reagent product lines. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Vice President, Global Reagents Business and Vice President, Reagent Operations U.S. at Fluidigm Corporation, with management responsibility for Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving for Proteomics and Genomics Reagent product lines. From 2015 to 2016, they were the President & CEO at Colibri StartOp Consulting, providing Operations consulting related to consumables businesses. Pam is currently the Vice President Operations at Nomic Bio since 2022.

Pam Delucchi holds a Master's degree in Microbiology and Genetic Engineering from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
