Joshua Pollard

Joshua Pollard is an experienced construction professional with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University. Currently serving as an Estimator at PURIS since March 2019, Joshua reviews project plans, conducts site assessments, prepares detailed cost estimates, and collaborates with internal teams to align project expectations. Previously, as a New Construction Field Manager at Elite Flooring, Inc., Joshua managed daily operations for new construction projects in Atlanta, overseeing schedules, change orders, and quality control. Prior experience as a Project Manager for Rose Paving LLC involved managing multiple regional and national projects while coordinating scheduling with clients and subcontractors.
