Emma Bradley is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in project management and organizational transformation within the consumer health and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Enterprise PMO and Decarbonization Executive Lead at Purolator Inc. since May 2023, Emma previously held the role of Global Transformation Program Director at Haleon, where oversight of the demerger from GSK resulted in a realized value of £34 billion. Emma’s career includes significant positions at GSK Consumer Health, where responsibilities encompassed leading new product introduction processes and digital media acceleration initiatives, along with strategic change management. Emma earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from the University of Guelph, and holds a Change Management Certification from Prosci Inc.
