Remy Bassan

Remy Bassan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, they worked at Fidelity National Financial as a Legal Assistant, where they were responsible for preparing legal documentation and providing guidance to the team. In 2012, they interned as a Paralegal at the Department of Justice Canada, assisting with various legal tasks. Later that year, they joined Tutor Doctor and held multiple roles, including Director of Operations, Senior Manager in Legal, Operations and Compliance, and Business Consultant. In these roles, they spearheaded strategic planning, franchising efforts, sales and marketing, and managed budgets. In 2022, Remy Bassan joined Purolator Inc. as the Head of Legal Operations.

Remy Bassan has a diverse educational background. Remy attended Ryerson University, where they studied Business Law and Business Information Systems. Remy also pursued Paralegal Education at Humber College, obtaining a degree in the field. In addition to their academic achievements, Remy has obtained several certifications. These include the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) Designation from ICFE, the Harvard ManageMentor™ certification from Harvard Business School Online, and the Commissioner for Taking Affidavits certification from the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. Moreover, Remy holds a Paralegal License (P1) from the Law Society of Ontario. These certifications reflect their dedication to continuing education and professional development.
