Vice President (vp) Of Customer Support at Purple

Heather Robinson-Wynn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Heather currently holds the position of Vice President (VP) of Customer Support at Purple since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Support at Purple from June 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Purple, Heather worked at Candy Hoover Group as a Team Leader from January 2021 to June 2021. In this role, they led, coached, and managed a team of 20 advisors in a complex customer service environment with remote working. Their responsibilities included developing, coaching, and evaluating personnel to ensure optimal operational workflow and managing the team to deliver services aligned with the company's quality standards.

Prior to their time at Booking.com, Heather worked at TUI in various roles. From April 2014 to July 2016, they held the position of Retail Manager, where they focused on people and performance management activities to grow sales and exceed customer service targets. Heather also managed charity work and executed fundraising events. From February 2011 to April 2014, Heather served as the CEO Team Manager - Escalated Complaints, overseeing a team of senior-level customer support agents. Heather supported the relocation of escalated complaints and implemented policies and processes to improve complaint handling and reduce budget spend.

Heather's earlier work experience includes roles at Virgin Media, TUI as a Customer Advisor, Anheuser Busch Theme Parks as a Reservations Agent, Torrid as a Visual Merchandiser, Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan as a Business Manager, and Berkshire Hills Emanuel Camps as an Art Teacher.

Heather Robinson-Wynn completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The University of Manchester from 2003-2007. Later, from 2020-2022, they pursued a Masters degree in Innovation, Leadership & Management from the University of York Management School.
