Sophie Henderson

Sophie Henderson has a diverse work experience in various companies. In their current position at Purple, they serve as the VP Commercial Enablement, responsible for providing information, data, content, and processes to enhance sales efficiency. Sophie also designs onboarding strategies and development pathways for team members. Previously, at Zen Internet, Sophie was the Sales Enablement Lead, overseeing the tools, applications, and processes for successful sales journeys. Sophie also implemented a sales training academy. Before that, they held roles such as Business Proposition & Product Executive and Provisioning Executive at Zen Internet. Additionally, Sophie worked as a Customer Service Manager at Co-op Insurance.

Sophie Henderson attended Edge Hill University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology. In addition to their degree, Sophie also holds certifications in various fields such as Enablement Charter, Project Management, Adult Learning, Collaborative Relationships, Strategic Selling with Perspective, and Women Transforming Tech: Breaking Bias.
