Helen Caddock

Helen Caddock is an experienced professional in customer success and consultancy services, currently serving as the Consultancy Services Lead for EMEA & APAC at Purple since November 2019. In this role, Helen drives customer success through expert consultancy, training, and marketing services while managing a team to meet key targets. Previously, Helen was the Customer Success Lead for EMEA & APAC, overseeing a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve strategic goals. Helen started her career at Attain Digital, where Helen held the position of Head of Design, managing all aspects of design work. Helen holds a Foundation Degree and A Levels in Art, Graphic Design, English Literature, and Media Studies from The University of Salford and Winstanley College.
