Drew Nelson

Drew Nelson has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and sales. Starting in 2008, they joined Purple Communications, Inc as an Operations Coordinator and eventually worked their way up to become the Senior Director of Operations. In this role, they led a team of over 150 workforce managers, schedulers, and analysts, and provided strategic leadership for enterprise forecasting, workload planning, and schedule optimization across a national network of call centers. Prior to joining Purple Communications, Inc, Drew worked as an Independent Sales Agent for Aflac from 2006 to 2011.

Drew Nelson obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Management from Northern Arizona University. Following this, they pursued a Master of Administration in Business Leadership from the same institution. Additionally, Drew engaged in continuing education at Phoenix College.
