Paula Delgado

Paula Delgado is an experienced brand strategist and consultant, currently serving as an Associate Partner at pur'ple I purpose by people since June 2022. Co-founder of Wolf & Empathy, a boutique consultancy established in May 2016, Paula has specialized in delivering strategy and insight from Lisbon to a global clientele. In addition to consulting, Paula has mentored startups at F-LANE Accelerator and MAN Impact Accelerator in 2020. Previous roles include Head of Brand Strategy at Brandia Central, where significant focus was placed on various sectors, and strategic positions at Ativism and General Observation Ltd. Paula holds a Post-Graduation in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, a Master’s Degree in Narrative Environments from University of the Arts London, and a BA (honours) in Design from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Lisbon.
