Chelsea Sequenzia, CSM

Chelsea Sequenzia, CSM has over 18 years of work experience in the field of operations and project management. Chelsea began their career in 2002 as an Operations Manager at Atticus Information Systems. In 2005, they moved to Massey Services as Office Manager in the Commercial Division. In 2006, they joined Biziteks as Operations Manager, where they managed the accounting team, recommended changes to existing policies, and ensured the highest level of customer service. In 2008, they were the Director of Operations at HIT Systems, where they managed order management, project tracking, client services, and human resources. From 2010 to 2018, they were a Project Management & Process Improvement Consultant and then Director of Operations at Zia Technology Group, where they managed the implementation of new and improved infrastructure and software solutions, developed effective process improvement solutions, and worked with clients to achieve mutual understanding of project requirements. Since 2018, they have been a Digital Project Manager, Senior Digital Project Manager, and Manager of Production & Resourcing at Purple Rock Scissors.

Chelsea Sequenzia is currently enrolled at Valencia College, studying Business Administration, Management and Operations. Chelsea also holds a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, a Digital Project Management certification from The Digital Project Manager, and is a Member of the Project Management Institute.
