Previously, as Head of Client Services, Ben established a new client-centric function, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. Earlier roles include Lead Solutions Consultant and Principal Consultant, where Ben focused on business growth and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging strategic vision and project management skills. Prior to Purple Square, Ben held positions at Betfair, MRM Worldwide, and Alchemetrics, gaining expertise in marketing campaign management and data analysis.
