Melanie Addison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Purple Square Consulting since January 2013, Melanie has contributed to the company's expertise in delivering Marketing Automation Solutions. Prior to this role, Melanie held positions such as Head of Operations at Purple Square, HR and Facilities Manager at IStructE, HR Manager at Xchange Inc, and Administration and Office Manager at Global Facilities. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Manager and Acting General Manager at The Morgan Hotel in Dublin. Melanie holds a BSc Hons in Management from Trinity College Dublin, a Higher Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from Technological University Dublin, and a Higher Diploma in Business and Hospitality from Dublin Institute of Technology.
