Rebecca Coates joined Purple Wave in August 2020 as a customer service associate. In this role Rebecca will process payments, take calls from Purple Wave clients and assist them in navigating the website.

Rebecca has prior customer experience and is looking forward to growing her skills at Purple Wave.
