Erika Serow

Erika Serow is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the consulting and investment sectors. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Bain & Company since 2019, Erika plays a key role in supporting top executives to enhance decision-making and achieve business objectives. Additionally, Erika holds positions as a Senior Advisor at Silversmith Capital Partners and as a Board Member for both Purple and Lazydays. Previous experience includes leadership as President and US CEO at Sweaty Betty and a long tenure at Bain & Company, where Erika progressed from Associate Consultant to Partner, leading the Americas Retail Practice. Erika holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Sociology and Italian from Duke University.
