Brian Mikolitch has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Brian began their career in the US Navy as a Chief for Nuclear Submarines, where they led and coached a team of 300 sailors. After leaving the Navy, they joined the Helmerich & Payne company, initially as a Center of Excellence Consultant, responsible for streamlining maintenance processes and resolving complex asset issues. Brian then progressed to become a Process Excellence Champion, leading operational excellence projects and driving significant savings through innovation. Brian later served as an Enablement Superintendent and Process Excellence Manager at Helmerich & Payne, ensuring adherence to company goals and directing process improvement activities. Additionally, they worked at ADNOC Group as a Strategy & Enablement Senior Manager, overseeing strategic initiatives aimed at increasing organizational productivity. Currently, Brian is employed at Purpose and Performance Group as a Business Optimization Consultant. In this role, they leverage their expertise to optimize business operations and drive improvements. Brian is also set to join Kaman Aerospace Jacksonville in 2023 as a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager, where they will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Brian Mikolitch, MSM, LSS BB, PMP has a diverse and comprehensive education history. Brian began their academic journey at Purdue University, where they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Continuous Improvement. Their dedication to continuous improvement and process optimization led him to pursue further education at ECPI University.

At ECPI University, Brian Mikolitch earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2014 to 2017. This degree provided him with a strong foundation in engineering principles and technical expertise.

Driven by their passion for leadership and organizational development, Brian Mikolitch then pursued a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at ECPI University from 2018 to 2020. This degree equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead teams and drive effective change within organizations.

In addition to their degrees, Brian Mikolitch has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Brian achieved their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Purdue University in May 2020. Prior to that, they obtained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from both Purdue University and the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2019 and 2018, respectively. Furthermore, they hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in October 2020.
