William Milligan has extensive experience in the financial services industry. William is currently working as the Director of Collections Debt Sales at Purpose Financial, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2018, they worked at USA Living as the VP of Financial Services, where they implemented a new custom scoring model to improve credit receivables and reduce operational expenses. William Milligan earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology/Business from Duquesne University between 1973 and 1975. William also completed an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts, Business at Robert Morris College, Pittsburgh, although the dates are unknown.
