William Milligan

William Milligan has extensive experience in the financial services industry. William is currently working as the Director of Collections Debt Sales at Purpose Financial, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2018, they worked at USA Living as the VP of Financial Services, where they implemented a new custom scoring model to improve credit receivables and reduce operational expenses. Before that, they served as an Independent Consultant at National Consulting, where they focused on improving operational processes in consumer credit and customer service. From 2006 to 2012, they held various roles at PLS Financial Services, including VP of Credit and Collections, where they managed collections activities and improved underwriting processes. Earlier in their career, from 1997 to 2005, they worked at Friedman's Inc. as the VP of Corporate Credit, and from 1994 to 1997, they were the VP of Credit Granting at FACS Group, where they managed a large division processing customer accounts for Federated Department Stores.

William Milligan earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology/Business from Duquesne University between 1973 and 1975. William also completed an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts, Business at Robert Morris College, Pittsburgh, although the dates are unknown.
