Ilyse Hogue currently serves as a Senior Fellow at New America, leading a program that investigates the intersection of gender, technology, and democracy with a particular emphasis on Gen Z and younger millennials. Additionally, Ilyse holds the role of Senior Adviser at Rewiring America, focusing on the electrification of homes and communities. As a Partner and former President at Purpose, Ilyse has contributed to impactful advocacy initiatives. Previously, Ilyse was the President of NARAL Pro-Choice America, leading efforts for reproductive freedom, and has held various influential positions in political and social commentary, including at The Nation and MoveOn.org. Ilyse's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Resource Ecology Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College.
