Tushar Badhwar

Tushar Badhwar has several years of experience in various roles and organizations. Tushar currently holds the position of Global Analytics Lead at Purpose since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Data & Tech Mentor at Tech4Good Community starting from 2018. Tushar also served as an Analytics Consultant for the Government of Delhi, where they worked on multiple projects related to child rights. Tushar has held various positions at Change.org Foundation from 2020 to 2022, including Senior Analytics & Insights Specialist and Analytics & Insights Specialist. Tushar's work experience also includes being a Senior Associate in Data Analytics at INDUS ACTION, where they managed grant projects and worked on school mapping and training activities. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Junior Associate Consultant at I-PAC, where they conducted research, implemented campaigns, and collaborated with political party members.

Tushar Badhwar completed their Bachelor of Technology in Mathematics and Computer Science from Delhi College of Engineering from 2012 to 2016. Tushar then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore in 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed their AISSCE (Grade 12) in Science from Army Public School from 2009 to 2012. Tushar also obtained additional certifications including an advanced data science certification from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, and SQL certifications in advanced, basic, and intermediate levels from HackerRank in February 2022.
