Gaia Montelatici

Gaia Montelatici is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at PurposeTech, Gaia focuses on startup selection and due diligence, while advising on strategic plans in the Western Balkans. As the Founder of Studio X Ventures, Gaia facilitates advisory and investment opportunities for women and diverse entrepreneurs, leveraging resources from the US and the Western Balkans. Co-founding Impact Hub Belgrade, Gaia promotes a supportive community for gender-diverse founders and startups. Previous roles include CEO of Venture Growth Accelerator and Senior Sector Policy Expert at PM Group, alongside various consulting positions that emphasized human rights, social inclusion, and project management within EU frameworks. Gaia holds a Master of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Saint Mary's College of California.
