Maria Telles

Maria Telles, SPHR began their work experience in 2006 at Phototype as a Digital Asset Management Administrator, where they handled multiple online digital asset libraries and provided training and customer support. In 2006, they also joined Cintas as a Management Trainee and later became a Human Resources Manager, overseeing employee and labor relations and successfully passing audits. In 2012, Telles joined Nielsen as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting various departments and focusing on change management, talent development, and HR process improvement. Maria later became an Associate Director of Human Resources, overseeing a team and supporting US Media Field Operations. In 2019, Telles joined Pushpay as a Human Resources Director and later served as the Interim Head of Human Resources before becoming the Vice President of People & Culture. Maria'sresponsibilities include leading HR teams, overseeing organizational culture, and managing the people and culture strategies of the company.

Maria Telles, SPHR completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Business Institutions at Northwestern University from 2001 to 2005. In 2007, they obtained a Green Belt certification from Six Sigma. Later, in January 2011, they earned their SPHR certification from the SHRM HR Certification Institute.
