Julie Gilmore

Julie Gilmore, M.A., is a dedicated School Psychologist currently practicing at Putnam County Schools since August 2022, where responsibilities include evaluating students for exceptional education eligibility and providing social-emotional support through counseling. Prior to this role, Julie served as a Graduate Assistant at Marshall University, focusing on supporting college students with Autism Spectrum Disorder by coordinating accommodations and facilitating academic and social activities. Experience also includes work as a Psychometrician at Fremouw Sigley Psychological, administering various psychological tests, and a research assistant at the WVU Adolescent Development Lab, contributing to significant data collection projects. Julie holds an Ed.S. in School Psychology and an M.A. in School Psychology from Marshall University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Virginia University.
