Stephanie Clement

Stephanie Clement has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Principal Consultant at PwC from 1995 to 1999, where they were a member of SAP implementation teams and also served as an SAP Sales & Distribution module trainer. Stephanie then worked at Putnam Investments, starting as a Business Systems Consultant from 1999 to 2001, where they designed and managed the build of custom self-service applications integrated with PeopleSoft. Stephanie then served as a Project Manager from 2001 to 2010, managing PeopleSoft and custom web application projects and leading upgrades and additional module implementations. Stephanie then became a Manager of Applications from 2010 to 2018, providing IT leadership and product ownership in the corporate systems space. In their most recent role, Stephanie was a Senior Manager in Human Resources Information Management at Putnam Investments, where they drove innovation across HR and associated candidate, employee, and manager experiences. In addition to their corporate experience, Stephanie also owned Stephanie Clement Photography since 2013, where they worked as a photographer.

Stephanie Clement earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Learn with Workday - Basics/Beyond Basics" from Workday and "Welcome to Service Now" from ServiceNow in 2023 and 2014 respectively.
