Putney Student Travel
Sara Sisun is a versatile and experienced art educator with a background in painting, art history, and critical theory. Sara has taught at various institutions such as Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design, Putney Student Travel, and Bay Area Classical Atelier. Sara has also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder and has a diverse range of experience in teaching painting, drawing, and art history. Sara is currently pursuing a PhD in Visual Studies with an emphasis in Critical Theory and Medical Humanities at UC Irvine. In addition to their teaching roles, Sara has also worked as a Writing Tutor and served as a Circus Arts Instructor at Stanford University.

Putney Student Travel
Since 1951, Putney Student Travel has offered high school and middle school students the opportunity and insight to shape their world through travel, unique cultural engagement, friendship, and fun. Our summer programs for teens include Service, Exploration, Language, Career, and Pre-College trips to 30+ countries around the world. We also collaborate with the Smithsonian to offer Smithsonian Student Travel; with National Geographic to offer National Geographic Student Travel; and with Harvard Chan C-CHANGE to offer Youth Summits on Climate, Equity, & Health.
