Briana Bolden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Briana started their career as a Line Cook and Customer Server at Marabella Old World Pizza, where they quickly progressed to a Line Cook role and occasionally acted as a manager. Briana then worked as a Rounds Cook at Army Navy Country Club, mastering different stations in a fast-paced kitchen.

Briana then transitioned to a role as an Administrative Coordinator at DIGITALSPEC, LLC., where they were initially hired as a Marketing Research Analyst. Briana gained recognition for their work, with press releases published in reputable publications such as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Washington Post.

Briana also served as a Lead Concierge at Capitol Concierge Inc., where they handled incidents and emergencies, trained to become a manager, and served as a point of contact for employees and residents. Following that, Briana worked as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Le Méridien, managing four outlets and overseeing staff training, inventory management, event bookings, and a training program implementation.

Briana then joined Kyler's A+ Catering LLC as an Executive Assistant, starting as a prep cook and advancing to a sous chef trainee. During their tenure, they had the opportunity to work alongside celebrity chefs and compete in a charity event.

Next, Briana took on the role of a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Embassy Suites, where they were responsible for scheduling, training, managing employees, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Briana continued their career as a Food and Beverage Manager at LBA Hospitality, where they originally started as a Sales Coordinator. In this dual position, they coordinated meetings and events, negotiated contracts, and was later promoted to the role of F&B Manager. In this role, they gained valuable experience in delegation and time management.

Most recently, they worked as an Event Sales Manager at Pinstripes, where they excelled in sales and managing events before moving on to their current position as a Sales Manager at Puttshack.

Throughout their career, Briana has demonstrated adaptability, leadership skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Briana Bolden completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Food and Beverage Management from East Carolina University in the years 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Old Dominion University from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a General Studies program. Additionally, Briana has obtained various certifications including Hindu Wedding, Launch Event Coordinator, Wedding Assistant, Servsafe, and cvent.
