Thomas Rødseth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Thomas currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Puzzel, where they oversee product strategy, IT strategy, product development, and DevOps team structures. Thomas has also played a crucial role in identifying and executing four add-on acquisitions that have positioned Puzzel as a strong European player in customer experience SaaS.

Prior to their role at Puzzel, Rødseth held various leadership positions at Intelecom Group. As the Vice President of Product & Marketing, they were responsible for the business strategy and product strategy of a system integrator. Thomas also worked with the CEO and board to suggest a restructuring of the company into three business units focusing on Nordic System Integrations, Mobile application, and International Cloud-based Contact Centres.

Rødseth's previous experience includes serving as the CTO of Opplysningen 1881 AS, where they were part of the executive management team and oversaw technology strategy and execution. Thomas was also involved in expanding the company's search business and building a profitable mobile app solution. Thomas co-founded Carrot Communications asa, where they served as the CTO and built the entire tech team, and worked at Telefónica Germany as a Network Engineer/Project Manager, where they gained experience in international business, project management, regulatory framework, and business strategies.

Rødseth began their career at Telenor, where they worked as a Project Manager and Researcher in the Intelligent Network team. Their research initiatives included participating in EUROSCOM, a joint venture research initiative aimed at coordinating telecommunication carriers' position in European standardization work.

Thomas Rødseth earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1987 to 1992. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Telematics at the University of Surrey from 1992 to 1993.
