Thu Le is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Recruitment and Application of Innovative Solutions Cum Organizational Development at Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Services Corporation since January 2011. Responsibilities include the development and application of a talent management system for over 2,000 employees and managing talent requisition activities. Significant achievements encompass the successful establishment and launch of a comprehensive talent management system, as well as improvements in career management, performance management, and compensation analysis. Prior experience includes a role as a Training Coordinator at Ranhill Worley Parsons, involved in training, job grading, performance management, and graduate development. Thu Le holds an Engineer’s Degree in Chemistry from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and further education from the Asian Institute of Technology.
