Steven E. Guerra

Steven E. Guerra is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and safety sectors. Currently serving as a Cell Coordinator at PV Fluid Products since July 2014, Steven manages the day-to-day manufacturing processes of stators while ensuring compliance with operational procedures. Additionally, Steven contributes as an HSE Committee Volunteer by monitoring health and safety standards and implementing risk reduction strategies on the shop floor. Previously, Steven worked as a Design Draftsman, collaborating with engineering teams to model components using SolidWorks, and as a Stator Technician focusing on the production of new and relined stators for oilfield applications. Earlier work experience includes roles as a Dispatcher and Warehouse Stocker at XL Parts. Steven holds a High School Diploma from Tomball Memorial High School and has pursued further education at Lone Star College.
