Stijn de Ruysscher

Stijn De Ruysscher currently serves in dual roles at thewave and P&V Groep, focusing on digital strategy and customer engagement since November 2021. Stijn is also the owner of SDR Consulting and has held significant positions in renowned organizations such as BNP Paribas Fortis, where responsibilities included managing a strategic AI-driven knowledge-sharing platform, and Baloise Insurance, overseeing customer engagement strategy. Previous leadership roles were held at AG Insurance, where responsibilities encompassed digital experience and transversal projects, and at Swiss Life AG, focusing on marketing and e-business management. Stijn holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from KU Leuven and a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management from EHSAL Management School, supplemented by education at Hult Ashridge.
