Arnold Hoogendoorn

Arnold Hoogendoorn is an experienced HR professional specializing in compensation and benefits, currently serving as Director of Total Rewards EHQ and Region West at PVH Corp. since May 2017, after progressing through various roles within the company including Director of Compensation Markets and Retail Europe and Senior Manager Compensation. Prior to PVH, Arnold held positions at Ingenico ePayments as Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist and Foot Locker as Analyst for Compensation, where responsibilities included managing compensation structures across multiple regions and implementing career frameworks.
