Carol Vargas

Carol Vargas has extensive experience in licensing compliance and security coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Licensing Compliance Coordinator at PVH Corp. since June 2014, Carol manages tracking databases for over 88 license agreements while collaborating with legal, corporate responsibility, and risk management teams to ensure compliance with company policies. Prior to this role, Carol worked as a Residential Security Coordinator for the U.S. Department of State, where responsibilities included ensuring secure environments for U.S. mission residences and managing security program budgets. Additional experience includes a Management Assistant position at Marine Corps Community Services, focusing on audits and investigations, and an earlier role as a Teller at Navy Federal Credit Union. Carol holds a Master's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Government and World Affairs from the University of Tampa.
