Rochelle Rosato Robson

Rochelle Rosato Robson is an experienced professional in talent management and inclusion, currently serving as the Talent Management and Inclusion Leader for CK at PVH Corp. since August 2023. Previously, Rochelle held key roles such as Global Talent & Inclusion Leader at Guy Carpenter, Global Diversity & Belonging, Culture and Engagement Leader at Medidata Solutions, and Talent, Learning and Inclusion Leader for the US & Canada at Marsh. Rochelle also co-chaired 50/50 Women on Boards in New York and possesses extensive experience in organizational development, culture, and engagement, having worked in various HR capacities including Sr. Human Resources Manager at Forbes Media and Human Resources Generalist at Conde Nast. Rochelle holds an M.S. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.S. in Consumer Economics from the University of Delaware.
