Samantha Taylor

Samantha Taylor is currently the HR Transformation Lead at PVH. Samantha has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including their previous role as HR Director for Travel Retail at Diageo. In this role, Samantha was responsible for developing and delivering the people strategy to accelerate business outcomes for the Diageo Travel Retail organisation. Samantha also led the Business Unit People Plan, identifying opportunities and coaching leaders to simplify, improve productivity and increase the effectiveness of the business. In their previous role as HR Business Partner Sales and Marketing at Britvic Soft Drinks, Samantha was responsible for developing a high-performance, customer centric culture. Samantha was also a trusted coach to the Managing Director and Exec, challenging them to provide continuous stretch in their own and their team's performance. Samantha has a proven track record in delivering results and improving organisational effectiveness.

Samantha Taylor has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham. Samantha also has a certification from LinkedIn in Organization Design, and a certification from CIPD Qualifications in Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development.

Samantha Taylor reports to Julie Fuller, EVP, Chief People Officer. They are on a team with Kimmy Chan - HR Systems Specialist, Ann Marie Phillips - EVP, Global Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems, and Pooja Lalwani - Senior HR Business Partner.
