T. van Briemen

T. (Tom) van Briemen has extensive experience in asset management and technical consultancy, currently serving as a member of the BOI technical committee at Techniek Nederland since March 2022, focusing on maintenance and inspection improvements. As a consultant at PVM since November 2019, Tom specializes in BOEI and NEN2767 inspections, sustainability advice, and risk analysis. Additional roles include board member at NVDO, co-owner of B & D Asset Value, and previous positions at Royal BAM Group nv, Sodexo, Croon Wolter en Dros, and Wolter & Dros, where Tom has developed strategies for maintenance and contract management. Tom holds multiple certifications and degrees from various educational institutions, including a recent inspection advisor certification from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
