Pooja Sharma

Pooja Sharma has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Pooja started their career at Bharti Airtel Limited as an Assistant Manager in 2004. Pooja then moved on to HCL, where they worked as a Senior Manager HR from 2012 to 2015. Pooja then joined Huawei Technologies India as an HR Business Partner for the Enterprise & Consumer Business Group, where they worked from 2015 to 2020. Pooja then took on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at PVR Limited in 2020. Currently, Pooja is the Head of HR at FinThrive, starting from 2023.

Pooja Sharma has an MBA in HR from IMT, Ghaziabad.
