Martin Bramm has over 18 years of experience as a lawyer and legal advisor. Martin is currently a Partner and Head of NewLaw at PwC Danmark, where they assist clients with drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts. Prior to this, they served as the Director and Head of NewLaw at the same company. Martin also has experience as the Acting Head of Legal for Philips in the Nordics, where they handled all legal matters within the organization. Martin worked as an Associate Partner at EY and as an Attorney at Lundgrens Law Firm, specializing in IT and technology law. Martin has also worked as an Attorney at DSB (Danish State Rail), Bech-Bruun Law Firm, and A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S. Martin began their career with military service in the Danish Army.

Martin Bramm began their education journey in 1994 at Rosborg Gymnasium in Vejle, where they completed their secondary education. Following this, they attended Aarhus University from 1999 to 2005, studying Law and earning a Master of Laws (LLM) degree.

In 2005, Martin Bramm pursued further qualifications and became an Attorney-at-law at The Danish Bar and Law Society (Advokatsamfundet) until 2007. Martin'seducation in the field of Law equipped him with the necessary skills and knowledge to practice as an attorney.

After a few years of professional experience, Martin Bramm decided to enhance their business administration and management skills. In 2012, they enrolled in the DSB High Potentials Programme at IMD Business School, where they focused on Business Administration and Management. Martin successfully completed the program in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Martin Bramm has obtained various certifications to further expand their expertise. In 2016, they became a Certified IT Lawyer through The Association of Danish IT Attorneys (Danske IT-advokater). Furthermore, in 2023, they obtained the Certified ICI Presales Professional (CIPP) certification from ICI Academy.

Overall, Martin Bramm has a strong educational background in Law, supplemented by qualifications in business administration, technology law, and presales expertise.
