Shirin Sehgal

Shirin Sehgal currently serves as the Chief People Officer at PwC India, having joined the company in December 2022. Prior to this role, Shirin held the position of India Region Head HR at Moody's Corporation from January 2020 to December 2022 and served as Lead Talent Business Advisor at Deloitte from May 2016 to January 2020, focusing on HR for Strategy and Analytics Enterprise Technologies and M&A portfolios. Shirin's earlier experiences include serving as Vice President HR at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where responsibilities included HR business partnering and rewards within the Technology and Operations services sector, and various HR roles at GENPACT, Zee Telefilms Ltd, and Ozone Laboratories. Shirin holds an MBA in Human Resources from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Miranda House.
