Dijana Krizanovic

Dijana Krizanovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellbeing at PwC Luxembourg since January 2024, Krizanovic previously held the position of Business Partner for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Amazon Fulfillment Centre from August 2022 to January 2024. Prior to this role, Krizanovic contributed significantly to Amazon from 2015 to 2022, driving initiatives like the Differently-abled Program and performing various recruitment functions. Krizanovic began a career in human resources at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), where responsibilities ranged from recruitment to personnel assistance. In addition to a strong professional practice, Krizanovic holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Translation from Växjö University and an Honours degree in Media and Communication from Gothenburg University.
