Stepan Savkin

Stepan Savkin, FRM, currently serves as a Senior Manager in Risk & Regulatory Consulting at PwC Luxembourg since May 2023, following a robust career in market risk management. Prior to PwC, Stepan held various roles at VTB Capital, including Head of Market Risk, where responsibility included collaborating with the Global Market Risk team and managing a team of Market Risk Associates. Additionally, Stepan was a Market Risk Manager at Blagosostoyanie Pension Fund, developing comprehensive market risk management systems, and at ATON, where full limit coverage of portfolios was provided. Earlier experience includes actuarial roles at KPMG Russia, where valuation projects and reserves adequacy analyses were completed. Stepan obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2012.
