Radosław Suszwalak

Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomasz worked as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant at the European Commission, focusing on structural reform support from February 2022 to January 2024. Tomasz also contributed to academic affairs as a Member of the Stakeholder's Council of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023. Additional experience includes being part of the Industry, Synergies & Enablers Coordination Team at the European Defence Agency and assisting in crisis management planning at the European External Action Service. Tomasz held various positions within the European Commission and began a career at the Ministry of Economy and Labour in Poland. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
