Silvian Milea

Silvian Milea is an experienced finance leader with a strong background in tax reporting, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as Director of Tax Reporting & Strategy at PwC Romania since November 2017, Silvian has also held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer within the firm. Prior experience includes Finance Director for Philip Morris International in Romania, overseeing factory and commercial operations, and Finance Director at Kandia Dulce S.A., managing finance and IT departments for a leading confectionery producer. Silvian's career began at Colgate Palmolive Romania, where roles included Finance Manager and General Accounting Manager, focusing on SAP implementations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Banking from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a high school degree in Computer Science.
