Kevin Boti

Kevin Boti is a seasoned manager in People and Organisation Consulting at PwC Switzerland, leading a team focused on strategic human resources management since February 2018. Kevin specializes in aligning people strategies with business objectives, talent management, and developing sustainable HR solutions. Previously, Kevin held roles as Senior Associate and Associate within the same field and contributed as a member of both the PwC Global NextGen Forum and PwC Switzerland Future Council, engaging with senior leadership on strategic matters. Prior experience includes positions in HR analytics and talent acquisition at Nestlé and Ferring Pharmaceuticals, as well as HR roles at Procter & Gamble. Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development & Change from Penn State University, along with Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and HES-SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland.
