Abhishek Gupta is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Director in PwC’s Customer Transformation practice, specializing in customer strategy, user experience, and digital transformation within the financial services sector. With a strong background in leading strategic client engagements, Abhishek has successfully driven multi-million-dollar pursuits, particularly in the insurance industry, while also managing key accounts and strategic partnerships. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager and Associate Director at PwC, where Abhishek focused on customer-centric digital solutions, and a stint as Associate Director at KPMG leading government digital transformation projects in healthcare. As the Founder and CEO of Inception Technologies, Abhishek developed impactful health-tech solutions.
