Carolyn Henning

Carolyn Henning is an experienced professional specializing in talent development and training solutions within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at PwC since April 2013, Carolyn Henning focuses on enhancing the skills necessary for the Cloud & Digital practice. Prior to this role, Carolyn Henning held various positions at Accenture from 1996 to 2013, culminating in the role of Technology Consulting Talent Development Solutions Director, where a comprehensive skill-building strategy was developed. Carolyn Henning's earlier experience includes significant roles at Arthur Andersen as an Instructional Designer and Project Manager-Training Development, and involvement in training development at Baxter Healthcare. Carolyn Henning holds an M. Ed in Vocational Education/Training and Development from The Ohio State University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
